1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Kingdoms Way Studio, also operating as KW Studio Digital Asset Marketplace (“KW Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kwstudio.org, including browsing the marketplace, purchasing products, downloading paid or free digital assets, using marketplace files, contacting support, accessing tutorials, submitting reports, communicating with sellers, submitting disputes, and interacting with any KW Studio service.

By accessing, purchasing from, downloading from, or otherwise using KW Studio, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and by any additional policy, licence, product-page notice, checkout notice, seller rule, or marketplace rule that applies to your use of KW Studio.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website, purchase products, download files, access marketplace services, or use KW Studio digital assets.

Where you purchase or access products through Payhip, PayPal, or another third-party checkout provider, additional terms from those providers may also apply.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a more specific KW Studio policy, product-page notice, seller rule, or licence page, the more specific rule may apply to that subject, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

3. About KW Studio

KW Studio is a Finnish-registered digital asset marketplace for Roblox Studio-related development assets.

The marketplace may include products such as maps, models, scripted systems, user interface assets, vehicles, templates, game systems, full game templates, learning resources, documentation, images, free resources, and other digital development files.

KW Studio may act as:

1. A direct seller of its own digital products.
2. A marketplace operator for products submitted by independent third-party sellers.
3. A platform provider that helps with listing, checkout routing, moderation, product discovery, reporting, support routing, and digital delivery access.

Unless a product page clearly states that a product is sold directly by KW Studio, products may be created, provided, described, licensed, and supported by independent third-party sellers.

Independent sellers remain responsible for the products they submit, including ownership, accuracy, licensing rights, file contents, product descriptions, support obligations, and compliance with applicable laws, Roblox rules, and KW Studio marketplace rules.

4. Relationship With Roblox

KW Studio is independent from Roblox Corporation.

KW Studio does not represent Roblox Corporation, does not act on behalf of Roblox Corporation, and does not control Roblox’s rules, moderation decisions, account decisions, DevEx requirements, publishing rules, search/discovery systems, age rating systems, monetization rules, or platform policies.

Roblox, Roblox Studio, and related names, logos, marks, or platform references belong to their respective owners.

Any reference to Roblox or Roblox Studio on KW Studio is made for descriptive purposes only, to explain the intended development environment for the digital assets.

Product approval by KW Studio does not mean Roblox has approved the product.

5. Marketplace Structure and Seller Transparency

KW Studio operates as a digital marketplace and platform. Products listed on KW Studio may be:

1. Created and sold directly by KW Studio.
2. Created and sold by independent third-party sellers.
3. Distributed as free digital resources.
4. Offered as downloadable Roblox Studio-related files, templates, models, maps, scripts, systems, UI files, documentation, or learning resources.

KW Studio provides marketplace infrastructure, product listing systems, checkout access, digital delivery systems, moderation processes, seller review, support routing, trust and safety review, product reporting systems, and general platform administration.

Product pages may identify whether a product is sold by KW Studio or by an independent seller where that information is available or required. Product pages may also show seller/store information, seller profile information, seller contact routes, seller public links, seller type or trader/business information where required, and report links to help buyers understand who they are buying from.

More detailed seller obligations are governed by the KW Studio Seller Terms, seller dashboard rules, product submission rules, ownership proof requirements, Marketplace Rules, and other seller policies.

6. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You may use KW Studio only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms or have permission from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized person where required.

If you are under 18, you may use KW Studio only with appropriate permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian, especially when making purchases.

Seller accounts are subject to separate Seller Terms and age requirements. Sellers must be at least 18 years old.

By using KW Studio, you agree that:

1. You will provide accurate information when placing orders, contacting support, submitting reports, submitting disputes, or communicating with KW Studio.
2. You will not misuse the marketplace, products, downloads, seller information, support systems, dispute systems, or reporting tools.
3. You will not attempt to access restricted areas without authorization.
4. You will not distribute stolen, leaked, infringing, malicious, unsafe, or unlawful content.
5. You will not interfere with the security, operation, reputation, or functionality of KW Studio.
6. You will comply with these Terms, applicable product licences, Roblox rules, marketplace rules, and applicable law.
7. You will not use KW Studio products in a way that infringes intellectual property rights, violates Roblox rules, harms users, or enables unlawful conduct.

7. Digital Products and Product Information

KW Studio sells and distributes digital products. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital products may include Roblox Studio files, models, maps, scripts, systems, templates, UI assets, vehicles, animations, VFX, course files, documentation, images, or other downloadable resources.

Product pages may include descriptions, screenshots, videos, seller information, setup notes, compatibility details, file contents, limitations, licence notes, and other product information.

Users are responsible for reviewing the product page before purchasing or downloading, including:

1. Product title and description.
2. Images, videos, and previews.
3. File type and included content.
4. Setup requirements.
5. Scripted system requirements.
6. Any included documentation.
7. Whether product-specific support is available.
8. Whether the product fits their Roblox Studio skill level and project needs.
9. Any product-specific licence, limitation, or compatibility note.

Digital assets may require manual importing, configuration, customization, testing, or editing inside Roblox Studio. Purchasing or downloading an asset does not guarantee that it will automatically function in every Roblox game without setup.

A lack of Roblox Studio experience alone is usually not a product defect where the product page reasonably disclosed setup requirements. However, KW Studio may still review cases where setup requirements were hidden, misleading, unusually complex, materially different from the listing, or not reasonably disclosed before purchase.

8. Digital Delivery and No Physical Shipping

KW Studio products are digital downloads. No physical shipping, postal delivery, or physical product handling applies.

Digital products are usually delivered through Payhip, download pages, email links, account access, or another digital delivery method supported by the checkout or delivery system.

Order emails and download links may be sent to the email address entered at checkout. Buyers are responsible for entering the correct email address when placing an order.

Digital delivery may begin immediately after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may be delayed by payment review, fraud checks, checkout provider systems, file updates, manual review, or technical issues.

Buyers should download and safely store purchased files after purchase. KW Studio does not guarantee indefinite hosting of every file forever, but KW Studio will reasonably assist with recently purchased products where a platform, checkout, or delivery issue prevents access.

9. Checkout, Payhip, PayPal, and Third-Party Services

KW Studio may use third-party checkout, payment, licensing, and digital delivery infrastructure, including Payhip, PayPal, and other supported payment providers.

KW Studio uses Payhip-powered checkout and PayPal-powered payment options, including PayPal account payments and card payments where available.

When you place an order, payment and checkout may be processed by third-party services. Those services may apply their own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, fraud checks, tax handling, fees, dispute processes, and digital delivery rules.

At checkout, Payhip or another checkout provider may present additional terms, including an End User Licence, privacy policy, payment terms, cancellation wording, or digital delivery terms. Those terms may apply in addition to these KW Studio Terms.

Where Payhip’s terms apply to the purchase, checkout, payment, tax, cancellation, or digital delivery process, Payhip’s terms may govern those Payhip-controlled parts of the transaction.

These KW Studio Terms continue to govern your use of KW Studio’s website, marketplace, product pages, reporting systems, support channels, asset licence rules, prohibited use rules, anti-leak rules, seller communication, marketplace moderation, and all KW Studio-controlled services.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a third-party checkout provider’s terms, the conflict will be interpreted according to the area controlled by each party. For example, Payhip may control checkout and digital delivery mechanics, while KW Studio controls marketplace access, asset use rules, reporting, moderation, and KW Studio policy enforcement.

10. Checkout Cancellation Before Purchase

Before completing payment, buyers may cancel the checkout process through the available checkout controls.

For example, PayPal-powered checkout may provide a “Cancel and return to Kingdoms Way Studio” button. This button cancels or exits the checkout before the purchase is completed.

This pre-purchase checkout cancellation is different from a refund request, cancellation request, dispute request, or statutory withdrawal request after a completed purchase.

Post-purchase refund, cancellation, or withdrawal requests should be submitted through the KW Studio contact page:

Buyers should choose the refund, cancellation, or closest matching ticket reason.

Refunds, cancellation requests after purchase, and digital-content withdrawal issues are handled under these Terms, the Refund Policy, applicable checkout provider terms, and mandatory consumer protection law.

11. Prices, Taxes, and VAT

Product prices may be displayed on KW Studio product pages and finalized through the checkout provider.

Taxes, VAT, currency conversion, checkout fees, payment processor fees, and final payment amounts may be calculated or displayed by Payhip, PayPal, or another checkout provider.

Where applicable, the final amount shown at checkout may include taxes based on the buyer’s location, the checkout provider’s tax settings, digital product rules, and applicable law.

KW Studio does not collect or store full payment card details. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment processor or checkout provider.

12. Digital Asset License

Use of paid and free KW Studio digital assets is governed by the KW Studio Digital Asset License:

Unless a product page states otherwise, buyers receive a limited licence to use purchased or downloaded digital assets in their own Roblox Studio projects and Roblox experiences, subject to the Digital Asset License, these Terms, product-page notices, and applicable law.

The Digital Asset License explains rules for:

1. Commercial Roblox experience use.
2. Editing and customization.
3. Team, studio, and contractor access.
4. Free products.
5. Product-specific licence limits.
6. Prohibited resale, redistribution, leaking, and marketplace reuploading.
7. Asset ownership and buyer responsibilities.

Buying or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the original asset, source product, seller brand, KW Studio platform content, or intellectual property rights beyond the licence granted.

Product assets remain owned by their respective creators, sellers, licensors, or rights holders.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Digital Asset License on asset-use rules, the Digital Asset License will normally apply to asset-use questions unless mandatory law or a more specific product-page licence requires otherwise.

13. Free Products

KW Studio may offer free digital products, including free assets, templates, models, tutorials, course files, Roblox Studio resources, and other downloadable materials.

Free products are still protected by these Terms and by the Digital Asset License unless a product page states otherwise.

Downloading a free product does not give permission to resell, redistribute, leak, reupload, package into another asset pack, upload to another marketplace, or claim ownership of the original files.

Free products may be removed, updated, limited, changed, or discontinued at any time.

14. Product Setup and Roblox Studio Skill Requirements

Many KW Studio products are intended for Roblox Studio developers and may require basic or advanced Roblox Studio knowledge.

Depending on the product, users may need to:

1. Import files manually.
2. Move assets into the correct Roblox Studio services.
3. Configure scripts.
4. Replace placeholder IDs.
5. Connect gamepasses or developer products.
6. Adjust team IDs or group IDs.
7. Test systems before publishing.
8. Customize UI, maps, scripts, values, permissions, or branding.
9. Read documentation or setup instructions.
10. Debug conflicts with other systems in the buyer’s project.

KW Studio does not guarantee that every buyer will have the skill level required to use every product immediately.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the product page and assessing whether the asset fits their technical ability, Roblox Studio knowledge, and project requirements before purchasing.

If a product page hides material setup requirements, is materially misleading, or fails to disclose important dependencies or limitations, KW Studio may review the case under the Refund Policy, Dispute Support process, Marketplace Rules, or product moderation process.

15. Download Access

Purchases or free claims may include download access or download credits. Download access may be limited by the checkout platform, product settings, account status, file availability, security review, or enforcement decisions.

KW Studio may revoke, restrict, or refuse download access where there is evidence of:

1. Fraud.
2. Chargeback abuse.
3. Refund abuse.
4. File leaking.
5. Unauthorized redistribution.
6. Account misuse.
7. Security risk.
8. Violation of these Terms.
9. Violation of the Digital Asset License.
10. Violation of seller, product, or marketplace rules.
11. Legal, copyright, or ownership concerns.
12. Malicious activity or attempted marketplace abuse.

Enforcement decisions will be based on available evidence, marketplace rules, legal obligations, security concerns, or abuse prevention.

Where appropriate, users may contact KW Studio to request review of an enforcement decision.

16. Refunds, Cancellations, and Digital Content

KW Studio sells downloadable digital content.

Because digital products can be accessed, copied, downloaded, and used quickly, purchases are handled differently from physical goods. Refunds, cancellations, duplicate purchases, missing files, broken files, product-not-as-described issues, and digital-content withdrawal questions are governed by the KW Studio Refund Policy:

Refund requests should normally be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

If a buyer has not downloaded or accessed the purchased file and KW Studio or the checkout provider can successfully terminate or disable the download page or access, the buyer may be eligible for a 100% refund under the Refund Policy.

Downloading or accessing a file does not automatically remove all buyer protection. KW Studio may still review cases involving non-delivery, wrong files, corrupted files, materially misleading product pages, unsafe files, copyright or ownership concerns, serious product defects, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

For products sold by independent sellers, refund processing may involve KW Studio, the seller, Payhip, PayPal, and payment-provider rules. Sellers may be financially responsible for their share of validated refunds, reversals, disputes, or chargebacks under the Seller Terms.

KW Studio generally prefers real-money refunds where a refund is clearly justified and technically possible. Store credit may be offered only by agreement.

This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Buyer and Seller Communication

Some product pages may provide seller contact information, seller profile details, Discord links, email links, or other support routes.

For product-specific questions, buyers should usually contact the seller first where seller contact information is available.

Product-specific support may include questions about:

1. Setup instructions.
2. Included files.
3. Missing instructions.
4. Compatibility.
5. Script behavior.
6. Product-specific configuration.
7. Product limitations.

However, buyers do not need to negotiate alone with an unresponsive seller before contacting KW Studio. KW Studio acts as the marketplace support layer and can help route, review, and escalate seller-related issues.

KW Studio may provide platform-level support for:

1. Order recovery.
2. Missing download emails.
3. Marketplace access issues.
4. General buyer questions.
5. Seller contact routing.
6. Product reports.
7. Legal reports.
8. Moderation concerns.
9. File delivery issues.
10. Refund review routing.
11. Dispute support.

KW Studio is not required to provide unlimited custom development, scripting help, product customization, installation services, debugging services, or Roblox Studio tutoring unless explicitly offered.

Discord support, where available, is optional and may be used for community contact, general questions, seller discovery, or support routing. Legal notices, copyright reports, formal product reports, disputes, and refund requests should be submitted through the official form or email route stated on the relevant policy page.

18. Product Reports, DMCA, Ownership, and Unsafe Files

Users may report products that appear to be stolen, leaked, infringing, misleading, unsafe, malicious, incorrectly described, broken, or otherwise problematic.

KW Studio may investigate reports and may request evidence from buyers, sellers, rights holders, or third parties.

Depending on the situation, KW Studio may:

1. Contact the seller.
2. Request ownership proof.
3. Request licence proof.
4. Request technical or safety clarification.
5. Hide or remove the product.
6. Restrict downloads.
7. Suspend seller access.
8. Issue warnings.
9. Update product information.
10. Preserve records for legal review.
11. Forward matters to legal support.
12. Issue a refund, replacement, or store credit by agreement where appropriate.
13. Take other enforcement action where appropriate.

KW Studio may provide an explanation or statement of reasons where a report leads to product removal, account restriction, seller restriction, or other moderation action, where required by law or appropriate under KW Studio marketplace procedures.

19. Copyright and Intellectual Property Reports

If you believe a product on KW Studio infringes your copyright, intellectual property rights, or ownership rights, you should use the Report Product / DMCA page:

A copyright or ownership report should include, where possible:

1. Your full name and contact information.
2. The product URL or page being reported.
3. A description of the copyrighted work, original asset, or protected material.
4. Evidence that you own or control the rights.
5. A description of how the KW Studio product allegedly infringes those rights.
6. Any relevant Roblox links, source files, timestamps, marketplace links, creator proof, screenshots, or documentation.
7. A statement that the report is accurate and made in good faith.
8. Your signature or typed name.

KW Studio may remove or restrict content while reviewing a copyright, ownership, unsafe-file, or legal report.

Sellers may be asked to provide ownership proof, licence proof, creation evidence, source files, development screenshots, Blender files, Roblox Studio files, payment records, or other evidence.

KW Studio may suspend or remove sellers who repeatedly submit stolen, leaked, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized products.

20. Marketplace Moderation and Risk Disclosure

KW Studio uses moderation, seller review, product review, ownership checks, reporting systems, security review, and enforcement processes to reduce marketplace risk.

However, no digital marketplace can guarantee that every product, seller, file, script, model, asset, or claim is completely free from error, dispute, technical issue, ownership concern, compatibility problem, security risk, or future platform-rule change.

By using KW Studio, you acknowledge that:

1. Digital asset marketplaces carry some risk.
2. Products may require testing before use.
3. Third-party seller products may vary in style, quality, complexity, and support.
4. Product previews may not show every setup requirement.
5. Scripts and systems may need adjustment for your game.
6. Marketplace moderation reduces risk but cannot eliminate risk completely.
7. KW Studio may remove or restrict products where concerns arise.
8. Product removal does not automatically create liability for all prior purchases unless required by law.

21. Compliance With Roblox Terms and Platform Rules

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of KW Studio products complies with:

1. Roblox Terms of Use.
2. Roblox Community Standards.
3. Roblox creator rules and documentation.
4. Roblox marketplace, upload, monetization, advertising, and safety rules.
5. Intellectual property laws.
6. Advertising, monetization, and paid random item rules.
7. Age rating, content maturity, and user safety requirements.
8. Any other applicable laws or platform requirements.

KW Studio does not:

1. Access buyer Roblox accounts.
2. Require Roblox passwords.
3. Automatically insert files into Roblox games.
4. Publish games on behalf of buyers.
5. Guarantee Roblox approval.
6. Guarantee DevEx eligibility.
7. Guarantee Roblox discovery, monetization, age rating, or performance.
8. Guarantee that every asset will remain acceptable under future Roblox policy changes.

Users must manually review, import, test, and configure assets in Roblox Studio before publishing.

22. AI-Assisted Content

Some products may include assets that were created, assisted, edited, or enhanced using artificial intelligence tools, where permitted by marketplace rules and applicable law.

KW Studio may review, restrict, remove, reject, or label AI-assisted products at its discretion.

Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that any AI-assisted product they submit is lawful, properly licensed, sufficiently original where required, and compliant with marketplace rules.

Buyers should review product pages and contact support if they have concerns about AI-assisted content.

23. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use KW Studio to:

1. Break the law.
2. Infringe intellectual property rights.
3. Harass, threaten, or abuse users, sellers, or staff.
4. Upload, submit, share, or distribute malware.
5. Attempt to bypass security systems.
6. Scrape, copy, clone, or mass-extract marketplace data.
7. Abuse free product ordering.
8. Abuse refunds, chargebacks, disputes, or download access.
9. Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
10. Use the platform to leak, resell, or redistribute assets.
11. Interfere with checkout, downloads, seller systems, moderation, or support.
12. Knowingly publish false or misleading claims about KW Studio, sellers, buyers, reports, refunds, products, or marketplace decisions.
13. Impersonate KW Studio, sellers, buyers, Roblox, rights holders, or third parties.
14. Abuse support channels or reporting tools.
15. Use KW Studio to support scams, phishing, token theft, account theft, exploit distribution, or other malicious conduct.

KW Studio may restrict or terminate access for prohibited use.

Nothing in this section prevents lawful, honest feedback or legally protected communication.

24. Security, Fraud, VPNs, Proxies, and Abuse Prevention

To protect buyers, sellers, and the marketplace, KW Studio may monitor for fraud, suspicious access, chargeback abuse, file leaking, fake identities, automated behavior, and security risks.

Use of a VPN, proxy, privacy tool, or anonymizer is not automatically prohibited.

However, KW Studio may restrict, review, or refuse access where such tools are connected to:

1. Fraud signals.
2. Chargeback abuse.
3. Refund abuse.
4. Ban evasion.
5. File leaking.
6. Unauthorized redistribution.
7. Automated scraping.
8. Fake identities.
9. Suspicious IP activity.
10. Bot activity.
11. Seller or buyer system abuse.
12. Legal or security risk.

Enforcement may include download revocation, account restriction, seller restriction where applicable, support refusal for abusive conduct, order review, product removal, or permanent ban.

25. Intellectual Property

KW Studio’s website design, branding, marketplace content, written content, logos, graphics, page structure, product presentation, tutorials, trust materials, and original platform content are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, clone, redistribute, or commercially exploit KW Studio website content without permission.

Product assets remain owned by their respective creators, sellers, licensors, or rights holders. Buyers receive only the licence described in the Digital Asset License, these Terms, the product page, or the applicable product-specific licence.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of KW Studio’s platform, branding, website content, marketplace structure, seller materials, or product intellectual property to buyers.

26. Reviews, Testimonials, and Public Feedback

Users may leave reviews, testimonials, ratings, comments, or public feedback where such features are available.

By submitting public feedback, you grant KW Studio permission to display, reproduce, reference, and use that feedback in connection with marketplace trust, product pages, marketing, support, and platform improvement, unless prohibited by law.

Feedback must not be false, defamatory, abusive, spam, misleading, unlawful, or used to harass sellers, buyers, or staff.

KW Studio may remove or restrict feedback that violates marketplace rules, appears abusive, appears fraudulent, or creates legal or trust and safety concerns.

27. Tutorials, Educational Content, and Guidance

KW Studio may provide tutorials, articles, courses, guides, videos, support pages, or other educational resources.

Educational content is provided for general learning and developer assistance only.
