Repeat Infringer and Unsafe Product Policy
KW Studio does not allow sellers to repeatedly submit stolen, leaked, infringing, unsafe, malicious, falsely described, or unauthorized digital products. Severe or repeated violations may lead to product removal, seller suspension, seller termination, loss of seller privileges, and legal or payment-provider escalation where appropriate.
- Products may be removed for confirmed copyright infringement, fake ownership proof, leaked assets, malicious scripts, backdoors, phishing, unauthorized data collection, or hidden Roblox password collection.
- Sellers may be suspended or removed for repeat reports, severe unsafe-file violations, forged proof, seller deception, or failure to cooperate with moderation.
- KW Studio may preserve report records, evidence, seller submissions, product files, and moderation decisions for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, and marketplace-integrity purposes.
Privacy, Forwarding, and Legal Accuracy
