KW Studio is an independent Roblox asset marketplace. KW Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Roblox Corporation.

1. Introduction

These Marketplace Rules explain the standards that apply to buyers, sellers, products, product pages, digital files, seller communication, product reports, refunds, disputes, moderation, and marketplace conduct on Kingdoms Way Studio, also operating as KW Studio Digital Asset Marketplace (“KW Studio”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

KW Studio operates an independent digital marketplace for Roblox Studio-related assets, including maps, models, scripts, systems, user interface assets, vehicles, templates, full game templates, free resources, tutorials, and other downloadable development files.

These Marketplace Rules exist to protect buyers, serious sellers, rights holders, Roblox developers, and the long-term trust of KW Studio.

By using KW Studio, buying products, downloading free products, applying to sell, submitting products, contacting support, reporting products, or participating in the marketplace, you agree to follow these Marketplace Rules together with all other applicable KW Studio policies.

2. Related KW Studio Policies

3. Purpose of These Marketplace Rules

The purpose of these Marketplace Rules is to make KW Studio safer, clearer, and more reliable.

These rules are designed to:

  1. Reduce stolen, leaked, unsafe, misleading, or low-quality products.
  2. Help buyers understand what they are purchasing.
  3. Help sellers understand what KW Studio expects before product approval.
  4. Protect original creators and rights holders.
  5. Reduce refund disputes and buyer confusion.
  6. Prevent unsafe scripts, backdoors, malware, and hidden access.
  7. Keep product pages accurate and useful.
  8. Support fair moderation and seller enforcement.
  9. Make product reporting, DMCA notices, and counter-notices easier to route.
  10. Improve marketplace trust for buyers, sellers, payment providers, search engines, and regulators.

KW Studio may update these rules as the marketplace grows, as legal requirements change, as product categories expand, or as new marketplace risks appear.

4. Who Must Follow These Rules

These Marketplace Rules apply to:

  1. Buyers.
  2. Free product users.
  3. Visitors.
  4. Sellers.
  5. Seller applicants.
  6. Marketplace vendors.
  7. Creators.
  8. Freelancers.
  9. Studios.
  10. Business sellers.
  11. Authorized resellers.
  12. Seller representatives.
  13. Rights holders.
  14. Product reporters.
  15. Users submitting support tickets, disputes, DMCA notices, or counter-notices.
  16. Anyone using KW Studio’s website, product pages, forms, support routes, or marketplace tools.

Sellers are subject to stricter obligations because sellers submit products, product files, public listings, buyer-facing claims, and product support information.

5. Core Marketplace Principles

KW Studio is built around five core marketplace principles.

5.1 Ownership

Products must be original, properly licensed, or legally authorized for sale. Sellers must have the right to sell every product they submit.

5.2 Accuracy

Product pages must clearly and honestly describe what the buyer receives.

5.3 Safety

Products must not include malware, backdoors, hidden admin access, suspicious dependencies, harmful scripts, phishing, account theft, or unauthorized data collection.

5.4 Buyer Clarity

Buyers should be able to understand the product type, included files, setup requirements, limitations, seller identity, licence rules, and refund route before purchase.

5.5 Fair Enforcement

KW Studio may review reports, contact sellers, request proof, restrict products, remove products, suspend sellers, and preserve records where needed to protect the marketplace.

6. Relationship With Roblox

KW Studio is independent from Roblox Corporation.

KW Studio does not represent Roblox, does not act for Roblox, and does not control Roblox’s moderation, search, discovery, DevEx, publishing rules, age ratings, monetization rules, account decisions, or platform policies.

Any reference to Roblox or Roblox Studio is made for descriptive purposes only, to explain the intended development environment for the digital assets.

Product approval by KW Studio does not mean that Roblox has approved, endorsed, reviewed, or guaranteed the product.

Users and sellers are responsible for complying with Roblox rules when using or selling Roblox Studio-related assets.

7. Buyer Rules

Buyers must use KW Studio responsibly.

Buyers must:

  1. Review product pages before purchase.
  2. Read product descriptions, previews, screenshots, videos, setup notes, included files, and limitations.
  3. Understand that Roblox Studio assets may require manual setup.
  4. Use downloaded assets only according to the Digital Asset License and product-specific rules.
  5. Not resell, redistribute, leak, upload, share, or repackage KW Studio products as their own marketplace products.
  6. Not abuse refund, dispute, support, or report systems.
  7. Not submit false claims, fake reports, or dishonest chargebacks.
  8. Not harass sellers or KW Studio staff.
  9. Not use KW Studio to support fraud, theft, phishing, malware, scams, or platform abuse.
  10. Not request Roblox passwords, PayPal passwords, payment card details, or private keys from sellers or KW Studio.

Buyers who violate these rules may lose download access, support access, future purchase access, or marketplace access.

8. Seller Rules

Sellers must follow higher standards because they provide public product listings and digital files to buyers.

Sellers must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Provide accurate seller information.
  3. Have the legal right to sell every submitted product.
  4. Provide ownership proof when requested.
  5. Submit safe and usable product files.
  6. Accurately describe products.
  7. Keep product pages updated.
  8. Respond professionally to reasonable buyer or KW Studio support requests.
  9. Cooperate with refund, dispute, DMCA, unsafe-file, and ownership investigations.
  10. Follow the Seller Terms, Seller Privacy Policy, Marketplace Rules, Digital Asset License, and product submission instructions.
  11. Follow payment provider rules, Payhip rules, applicable laws, and Roblox rules.
  12. Avoid misleading claims, fake proof, fake reviews, stolen assets, unsafe files, and hidden scripts.

Sellers who repeatedly violate marketplace standards may be restricted, suspended, removed, or permanently banned.

9. Seller Eligibility and Review

Seller access is not automatic.

KW Studio may manually review seller applications before approving dashboard access or product submissions.

KW Studio may consider:

  1. Seller identity.
  2. Store name or brand name.
  3. Seller age confirmation.
  4. Seller country or region.
  5. Seller contact details.
  6. Seller portfolio.
  7. Roblox development history.
  8. Public reputation.
  9. Product examples.
  10. Ownership proof.
  11. Payout eligibility.
  12. Trader, freelancer, sole trader, studio, private creator, or business status.
  13. Marketplace risk.
  14. Communication quality.
  15. Previous buyer, seller, or marketplace behavior.

KW Studio may approve, reject, delay, restrict, or require additional verification from seller applicants.

Approval as a seller does not guarantee product approval, sales, ranking, priority status, promotion, or continued access.

10. Seller Age Requirement

Sellers must be at least 18 years old.

This requirement applies because seller activity may involve contracts, payouts, buyer support, refund liability, chargebacks, product licensing, tax obligations, ownership disputes, and legal responsibility.

If a team or studio includes members under 18, the official seller account holder, contracting party, payout recipient, and responsible representative must still be an adult who is at least 18 years old.

KW Studio may restrict or remove seller access if age, identity, legal capacity, or payout authority cannot be verified.

11. Trader Status, KYB, and Seller Transparency

KW Studio may request seller information to support marketplace trust, buyer transparency, tax compliance, payment safety, product accountability, and legal obligations.

Sellers may be asked whether they sell as:

  1. A business seller.
  2. A registered company.
  3. A sole trader.
  4. A freelancer.
  5. A self-employed creator.
  6. A private individual creator.
  7. A studio or development group.
  8. An authorized reseller.
  9. An agent acting for another creator or business.

KW Studio may request business ID, tax number, VAT number, business address, legal name, payment account information, country, trader status, freelancer explanation, ownership proof, or other verification where appropriate.

Sellers must not mislead buyers or KW Studio about who they are, what rights they have, or whether they are acting commercially.

12. Public Seller Information

KW Studio may display seller information where needed for buyer trust, product support, marketplace transparency, or legal compliance.

Public seller information may include:

  1. Store name.
  2. Seller brand name.
  3. Seller profile description.
  4. Seller logo or image.
  5. Product listings.
  6. Seller contact route where provided.
  7. Discord, website, Roblox group, portfolio, or social links where provided.
  8. Seller badges, trust labels, priority labels, or verification labels where used by KW Studio.
  9. Seller type, trader status, or business information where legally required or appropriate.

Sellers must not provide false public seller information or use store identities that impersonate KW Studio, Roblox, another seller, another creator, another company, or a rights holder.

13. Product Submission Standards

Products submitted to KW Studio must be complete enough, safe enough, and clear enough for marketplace review.

Product submissions should include:

  1. Accurate title.
  2. Accurate product description.
  3. Correct category.
  4. Product images or previews where relevant.
  5. Included file information.
  6. Setup instructions where needed.
  7. Compatibility notes where needed.
  8. Scripted or unscripted status.
  9. Known limitations.
  10. Dependencies or third-party requirements.
  11. Licence notes where relevant.
  12. Support expectations.
  13. Pricing information.
  14. Product update notes where relevant.
  15. Ownership proof where requested.

KW Studio may reject, delay, edit, hide, or request changes to product submissions that are unclear, incomplete, unsafe, misleading, low quality, legally risky, or difficult to verify.

14. Product Ownership Proof

Sellers must be able to prove that they own or have permission to sell every product they submit.

Ownership proof may include:

  1. Roblox Studio creation screenshots.
  2. Development videos.
  3. Source files.
  4. Blender, Figma, Photoshop, Roblox Studio, code, or project files.
  5. Roblox profile links.
  6. Roblox group links.
  7. Roblox game links.
  8. Mesh IDs, model IDs, or asset references.
  9. Work-in-progress evidence.
  10. Timestamped development proof.
  11. Git or version history.
  12. Purchase records from a lawful source.
  13. Commission agreements.
  14. Creator permissions.
  15. Resale licence proof.
  16. Business or studio authorization.
  17. Other evidence requested by KW Studio.

KW Studio may reject or remove a product if ownership proof is missing, incomplete, suspicious, forged, inconsistent, or not provided in a reasonable time.

Submitting fake, edited, misleading, forged, or stolen proof may lead to seller termination.

15. Product Page Accuracy

Product pages must describe products honestly.

Sellers must not mislead buyers about:

  1. What files are included.
  2. What files are not included.
  3. Whether the product is a full game, map, model, script, UI, system, vehicle, animation, VFX pack, simulator template, roleplay asset, obby, tycoon, FPS system, or learning resource.
  4. Whether the product is scripted or unscripted.
  5. Whether setup is required.
  6. Required Roblox Studio skill level.
  7. Required gamepass IDs, developer product IDs, group IDs, team IDs, API keys, external modules, third-party systems, plugins, or manual configuration.
  8. Whether support is included.
  9. Whether the product is exclusive, limited, original, AI-assisted, commissioned, resold, licensed, or created by the seller.
  10. Whether buyers can use the product commercially.
  11. Whether the product is ready to publish without modification.
  12. Whether Roblox has approved or endorsed the product.

If product information changes or becomes inaccurate, the seller must update the product page promptly.

16. Misleading Product Claims

Sellers must not make claims that cannot be proven.

Prohibited or restricted claims include:

  1. “Official Roblox approved,” unless legally true.
  2. “Roblox endorsed,” unless legally true.
  3. “Guaranteed DevEx.”
  4. “Guaranteed players.”
  5. “Guaranteed revenue.”
  6. “Guaranteed front page.”
  7. “Exploit-proof.”
  8. “100% secure.”
  9. “No setup required,” unless actually true.
  10. “Exclusive,” unless actually exclusive.
  11. “Limited copies,” unless the limit is real and enforceable.
  12. “Original,” if the product is mainly copied, resold, AI-generated, commissioned, or based on third-party material without clear disclosure.
  13. “KW Studio verified,” unless KW Studio grants that status.
  14. “Priority seller,” unless KW Studio grants that status.
  15. False comparisons to other sellers, products, or marketplaces.

Sellers must correct misleading claims when identified by KW Studio.

17. Product Quality Standards

KW Studio may reject or remove products that do not meet marketplace quality standards.

A product may be rejected, hidden, or removed if it is:

  1. Broken.
  2. Unusable.
  3. Misleading.
  4. Missing essential files.
  5. Missing required setup instructions.
  6. Extremely low quality.
  7. Duplicated spam.
  8. Unsafe.
  9. Suspicious.
  10. Built mainly from stolen, leaked, or unauthorized content.
  11. Dependent on unclear third-party systems.
  12. Not reasonably usable by the intended buyer audience.
  13. Submitted only to manipulate SEO, categories, or product volume.
  14. Inconsistent with KW Studio’s marketplace direction.
  15. Likely to cause repeated refunds, disputes, or buyer complaints.

Product approval is not a guarantee that KW Studio has fully tested every file, script, dependency, ownership claim, legal claim, or compatibility claim.

18. Prohibited Products and Content

Sellers must not submit, list, sell, upload, or distribute products containing:

  1. Stolen assets.
  2. Leaked assets.
  3. Scraped assets.
  4. Unauthorized resale.
  5. Copyright-infringing content.
  6. Trademark-infringing branding.
  7. Unlicensed third-party models, music, images, textures, UI, animations, scripts, or other content.
  8. Malware.
  9. Harmful scripts.
  10. Backdoors.
  11. Hidden admin access.
  12. Exploit loaders.
  13. Phishing systems.
  14. Token theft.
  15. Account theft.
  16. Unauthorized data collection.
  17. Hidden payment prompts.
  18. Forced off-platform redirects.
  19. Products designed to scam buyers.
  20. Products designed to bypass Roblox security, Roblox moderation, payment systems, or platform rules.
  21. Products that violate Roblox rules.
  22. Products that violate applicable law.
  23. Fake product files.
  24. Misleading preview files.
  25. Products that encourage harassment, abuse, hate, fraud, illegal activity, or platform abuse.

KW Studio may remove prohibited products immediately.

19. Script, File, and Security Rules

Scripts and files must be safe, understandable, and consistent with the product page.

Sellers must not submit products containing:

  1. Hidden admin access.
  2. Backdoors.
  3. Remote code abuse.
  4. Malicious obfuscation.
  5. Token grabbers.
  6. Credential theft.
  7. Phishing logic.
  8. Unauthorized webhook logging.
  9. Hidden Discord webhook logging.
  10. Silent data collection.
  11. Roblox password collection.
  12. Hidden seller access to buyer games.
  13. Exploit loaders.
  14. Harmful executables.
  15. Code that damages buyer projects.
  16. Forced redirects to unsafe websites.
  17. Hidden monetization not disclosed in the listing.
  18. Suspicious third-party dependencies not explained in the listing.
  19. Code that materially differs from what the product page describes.

KW Studio may ask for readable source code, setup documentation, dependency explanation, or security clarification.

KW Studio may reject or remove products if scripts are impossible to reasonably review, highly suspicious, undocumented, unsafe, or intentionally hidden.

20. Product Files and Hidden Personal Data

Sellers are responsible for checking files before submission.

Product files must not include:

  1. Private credentials.
  2. API keys.
  3. Payment information.
  4. Buyer data.
  5. Private Roblox account data.
  6. Private Discord tokens.
  7. Passwords.
  8. Private links that should not be shared.
  9. Confidential internal notes.
  10. Unrelated personal data.
  11. Unauthorized third-party personal data.
  12. Hidden logging systems not disclosed to buyers.

This applies to Roblox Studio files, scripts, module scripts, configuration files, ZIP files, documentation, images, videos, screenshots, setup files, and external links.

KW Studio may remove or restrict products that create privacy or security risks.

21. AI-Assisted Products

AI-assisted products may be allowed where they comply with KW Studio rules, intellectual property law, marketplace standards, Roblox rules, and product quality requirements.

Sellers must not submit AI-assisted products that:

  1. Infringe third-party rights.
  2. Mislead buyers about originality.
  3. Use protected characters, brands, logos, or copyrighted material without permission.
  4. Are low-effort spam.
  5. Are mass-generated only to fill categories.
  6. Are materially lower quality than the listing suggests.
  7. Misrepresent human-made, exclusive, commissioned, or original status.
  8. Violate Roblox rules or applicable law.

KW Studio may reject, label, restrict, or remove AI-assisted products where appropriate.

22. Product Categories and Tags

Sellers must choose accurate categories and tags.

Product categories and tags help buyers find products and help KW Studio organize the marketplace.

Sellers must not intentionally place products in unrelated categories to gain traffic.

Examples of product areas may include:

  1. Maps.
  2. Roleplay assets.
  3. FPS systems.
  4. Scripted systems.
  5. Complete games.
  6. UI assets.
  7. Simulator templates.
  8. Survival assets.
  9. Minigames.
  10. Obby assets.
  11. Tower defense assets.
  12. Weapon systems.
  13. Tycoon systems.
  14. Fishing systems.
  15. Vehicles.
  16. Animations.
  17. VFX.
  18. Free assets.
  19. Audio or SFX.
  20. Roblox Studio learning resources.

KW Studio may change categories, tags, titles, descriptions, metadata, or placement where needed for accuracy, SEO, trust, moderation, or buyer clarity.

23. Pricing and Paid Products

Sellers are responsible for setting fair and accurate prices.

KW Studio may review pricing if a product appears misleading, abusive, inconsistent with the product, or connected to buyer confusion.

Sellers must not use pricing to deceive buyers.

Sellers must not falsely claim discounts, scarcity, limited availability, exclusivity, or value.

KW Studio may run promotions, discounts, boosts, campaigns, bundles, free product features, limited product pages, or category placements under separate rules.

Payment processor fees, Payhip settings, taxes, currency conversion, refunds, chargebacks, and marketplace fees may affect final seller earnings.

24. Limited Products

KW Studio may allow limited products where a product is marketed with a limited number of copies, limited access, special extras, higher price, or exclusive benefits.

Sellers must not advertise a product as limited unless the limitation is real, clear, and enforceable.

Limited product pages should clearly explain:

  1. Number of copies, if a copy limit is advertised.
  2. What is included.
  3. Whether extras are included.
  4. Whether the product may return later.
  5. Whether updates are included.
  6. Whether buyers receive special support.
  7. Whether any Discord, PDF, GFX, tutorial, or bonus file is included.
  8. Any product-specific licence limits.

KW Studio may reject or correct misleading limited product claims.

25. Free Products

KW Studio may offer free products as part of the marketplace.

Free products are still subject to the Terms of Service, Digital Asset License, Marketplace Rules, and product-specific rules.

Users must not:

  1. Resell free products as standalone paid products.
  2. Redistribute free products on another marketplace.
  3. Claim ownership of free products they did not create.
  4. Use free products to mislead buyers.
  5. Reupload free products as if they are original paid assets.
  6. Use free products in a way that violates the Digital Asset License.

KW Studio may remove, update, restrict, replace, or discontinue free products at any time.

Users may report free products if they appear stolen, unsafe, misleading, broken, or infringing.

26. Product Updates and Maintenance

Sellers are responsible for keeping product information accurate and correcting serious product issues.

Sellers should update products when:

  1. A critical file is missing.
  2. The wrong file was uploaded.
  3. A product is broken.
  4. A product description is inaccurate.
  5. Setup instructions are missing.
  6. A script needs correction.
  7. A legal issue must be resolved.
  8. A safety issue is identified.
  9. A dependency changes.
  10. KW Studio requests an update.

Sellers are not required to provide lifetime updates unless promised on the product page.

If a seller promises lifetime updates, future updates, special support, limited benefits, or ongoing maintenance, the seller must honor that promise or correct the product page before future purchases.

27. Buyer Setup Expectations

Many KW Studio products require Roblox Studio knowledge.

Buyers may need to:

  1. Import files.
  2. Move assets into correct Roblox Studio services.
  3. Configure scripts.
  4. Replace placeholder IDs.
  5. Connect gamepasses or developer products.
  6. Change group IDs, team IDs, values, or settings.
  7. Test systems before publishing.
  8. Customize UI, maps, scripts, and values.
  9. Read setup instructions.
  10. Make the project unique before publishing.

A product is not automatically defective just because it requires Roblox Studio setup.

However, a product may be reviewed if the seller hid important setup requirements, misrepresented the product, omitted essential files, failed to disclose dependencies, or provided a materially misleading product page.

28. Complete Game Templates

Complete game templates are starting points for development.

They are not guaranteed finished businesses, guaranteed revenue systems, automatic Roblox success, one-click public launches, guaranteed DevEx eligibility, guaranteed players, or guaranteed Roblox approval.

Buyers may still need to:

  1. Replace IDs.
  2. Configure monetization.
  3. Customize branding.
  4. Edit UI text.
  5. Test gameplay.
  6. Fix conflicts with their own systems.
  7. Optimize performance.
  8. Adjust scripts.
  9. Ensure Roblox compliance.
  10. Make the game unique.

Sellers must not market templates as guaranteed success products.

Buyers should review product details before purchasing.

29. Product Reports

Users may report products that appear:

  1. Stolen.
  2. Leaked.
  3. Infringing.
  4. Unsafe.
  5. Malicious.
  6. Misleading.
  7. Broken.
  8. Incorrectly described.
  9. Fake.
  10. Unauthorized for resale.
  11. Not owned by the seller.
  12. In violation of KW Studio rules.

Product reports should be submitted through:

https://kwstudio.org/report-product-kw-studio

Serious legal, copyright, ownership, DMCA, unsafe-file, or counter-notice issues may also be sent to:

legal@kwstudio.org

Users should include product URLs, evidence, screenshots, Roblox links, source proof, file comparisons, seller messages, or other relevant details.

False or abusive reports may be rejected and may lead to enforcement.

30. Copyright, DMCA, and Counter-Notices

KW Studio takes copyright, ownership, resale licence, unsafe-file, and stolen-asset concerns seriously.

Rights holders, creators, sellers, buyers, and affected parties may use the Report Product / DMCA page to submit:

  1. General product reports.
  2. Copyright notices.
  3. DMCA-style notices.
  4. Ownership disputes.
  5. Unsafe-file reports.
  6. Malicious script reports.
  7. Seller counter-notices.
  8. Mistake or misidentification claims.
  9. Product removal review requests.

Report Product / DMCA page:

https://kwstudio.org/report-product-kw-studio

KW Studio may request ownership proof, licence proof, source files, development proof, seller explanation, buyer evidence, or technical review.

KW Studio may remove, restrict, hide, or restore products depending on the evidence and applicable rules.

31. Refunds and Buyer Remedies

Refunds are handled under the KW Studio Refund Policy:

https://kwstudio.org/refund-policy

Refund and cancellation requests should normally be submitted through:

https://kwstudio.org/contact

Dispute support is available at:

https://kwstudio.org/dispute

Refund decisions may consider:

  1. Whether the buyer downloaded or accessed the file.
  2. Whether access can be disabled.
  3. Whether the file was delivered.
  4. Whether the file was wrong, missing, corrupted, unsafe, or materially misleading.
  5. Whether the product page was accurate.
  6. Whether the seller responded.
  7. Whether mandatory consumer rights apply.
  8. Whether payment-provider rules apply.
  9. Whether the product was sold by KW Studio or an independent seller.

Downloading a file does not automatically remove all buyer protection where the product is genuinely defective, materially misleading, unsafe, unlawful, or not as described.

32. Dispute Support

KW Studio provides dispute support for cases where normal support, refund review, seller contact, or delivery support has not resolved the issue.

Dispute support may help with:

  1. Refund escalation.
  2. Product-not-as-described cases.
  3. Missing-file cases.
  4. Seller non-response.
  5. Payment-provider dispute guidance.
  6. PayPal, card, or bank dispute evidence.
  7. Unsafe-file concerns.
  8. Marketplace review.
  9. Buyer-seller disagreement.

Dispute support page:

https://kwstudio.org/dispute

KW Studio can review marketplace evidence and provide support guidance, but payment providers, banks, card networks, Payhip, and PayPal make their own decisions under their own rules.

33. Seller Support Obligations

Sellers are expected to provide reasonable product-specific support.

Product-specific support may include:

  1. Clarifying included files.
  2. Explaining setup steps.
  3. Correcting wrong uploads.
  4. Providing missing setup notes.
  5. Fixing confirmed product issues.
  6. Responding to reasonable buyer questions.
  7. Cooperating with KW Studio support.
  8. Responding to refund, dispute, ownership, or unsafe-file reviews.

Sellers are not required to provide unlimited custom development, free scripting work, personal tutoring, full project setup, or major modifications unless they separately promised those services.

Poor support, repeated complaints, unprofessional conduct, or refusal to cooperate may lead to product restriction, seller review, lower priority, suspension, or termination.

34. Buyer and Seller Communication

Buyers and sellers must communicate professionally.

Users must not:

  1. Harass.
  2. Threaten.
  3. Spam.
  4. Impersonate others.
  5. Pressure users to avoid official support routes.
  6. Mislead buyers about refunds or reports.
  7. Move support to unsafe channels.
  8. Request passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, or Roblox credentials.
  9. Retaliate against buyers for support requests, reviews, refunds, or reports.
  10. Retaliate against sellers for lawful and truthful support responses.

Sellers may provide public contact routes, such as Discord, email, Roblox group, website, or social links, where allowed by KW Studio.

However, seller contact routes must not be used for scams, off-platform fee circumvention, buyer harassment, data misuse, unsafe file sharing, or refund avoidance.

35. Off-Platform Conduct

KW Studio may consider off-platform conduct where it affects the marketplace.

Examples include:

  1. Scamming KW Studio buyers through Discord or social media.
  2. Redirecting buyers away from KW Studio to avoid marketplace fees for the same listed product.
  3. Sharing unsafe files off-platform after advertising through KW Studio.
  4. Harassing buyers, sellers, or KW Studio staff.
  5. Coordinating fake reviews or fake reports.
  6. Selling stolen KW Studio marketplace products elsewhere.
  7. Leaking paid products.
  8. Making knowingly false claims about products, reports, refunds, sellers, or KW Studio decisions.

This does not prevent lawful, honest feedback or legally protected communication.

KW Studio may act when off-platform behavior creates marketplace risk, buyer harm, seller harm, legal risk, security risk, or payment risk.

36. Reviews, Ratings, and Testimonials

Reviews and feedback must be honest.

Users must not:

  1. Fake reviews.
  2. Buy reviews.
  3. Threaten users over reviews.
  4. Review their own products dishonestly.
  5. Use alternate accounts to manipulate ratings.
  6. Submit fake negative reviews against competitors.
  7. Offer undisclosed rewards for positive reviews.
  8. Retaliate against buyers for honest reviews.
  9. Use reviews to harass or abuse sellers.

KW Studio may remove reviews that appear fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, spam, misleading, legally risky, or policy-violating.

37. Ranking, Promotion, and Product Visibility

KW Studio controls product ranking, category placement, product visibility, search placement, promotional sections, seller badges, product tags, and marketplace navigation.

Visibility may depend on:

  3. Category fit.
  4. Seller trust.
  5. Buyer interest.
  6. Conversion behavior.
  7. Product completeness.
  8. Refund history.
  9. Report history.
  10. Seller support history.
  11. Legal or safety risk.
  12. Product age.
  13. SEO value.
  14. Manual curation.
  15. Paid boost or promotion programs.
  16. Marketplace strategy.

Seller approval does not guarantee traffic, ranking, sales, promotion, or visibility.

KW Studio may remove products from promotion or category placement if quality, safety, legal, refund, or trust concerns appear.

38. Paid Boosts and Promotional Placement

KW Studio may offer paid boosts, featured placement, campaigns, seller badges, limited product placement, or other promotional opportunities.

Paid promotion does not override Marketplace Rules.

Boosted or promoted products must still comply with:

  3. Product safety rules.
  4. Accurate listing rules.
  5. Refund rules.
  6. Seller conduct rules.
  7. Roblox compliance.
  8. Intellectual property rules.
  9. Buyer support expectations.

KW Studio may remove or stop promotion if a product becomes unsafe, misleading, legally risky, low quality, or subject to serious reports.

Payment for a boost does not guarantee sales, ranking, conversion, search engine visibility, or permanent placement.

39. Buyer Data and Privacy

  15. Reuploading removed products.

A severe first violation may also lead to permanent removal.

KW Studio may preserve evidence for legal, payment, fraud, safety, or marketplace-integrity purposes.

44. Appeals and Review Requests

Sellers or users may request review of certain moderation decisions.

A review request should include:

  1. The affected product URL.
  2. Seller store name or account email where relevant.
  3. The decision being challenged.
  4. A clear explanation of why the decision may be wrong.
  5. Ownership proof, licence proof, safety explanation, or other evidence where relevant.
  6. Any previous ticket or report reference.

KW Studio may uphold, reverse, or modify its decision.

A review request does not guarantee restoration, refund, reinstatement, or reversal.

KW Studio may reject abusive, duplicate, threatening, unsupported, or bad-faith review requests.

45. Product Removal and Buyer Access

Sellers may request product removal, but KW Studio may retain records where needed for buyer support, refunds, delivery, accounting, tax, reports, moderation, or legal reasons.
